A new baseball season brings with it the sadness in knowing that I’ll never be 100% invested in the sport ever again.

Second baseman Ron Hunt was known for two things: not striking out (once every 13.7 at-bats) and getting hit by pitches.
In fact, he holds the modern-day single season record for hit by pitches in a season (50) and third all-time (243).
He has been quoted as saying “Some people give their bodies to science; I give mine to baseball.”
Well I hope you guys had a nice Opening Day…
This will the seventh MLB season since the Montreal Expos moved to Washington.
And I still haven’t found a team to adopt.
The Jays seem like the obvious choice, but I don’t know.
We’ll see.
